About Kernohan's Toys

Kernohan's Toys has been a family business since opening its doors in Santa Barbara in 1954.  After nearly fifty years behind the counter, Harriet Kernohan sold the business in 2001 at the age of 92.  Gretchen, Greg and Emma Brinser have been the proprietors since August, 2006.

Our mission is to provide the best playthings to inspire children’s imagination as well as promote their physical and intellectual development.
